What’s up with everyone in this quarantine? I hope that each and everyone reading this and others too should be fine until end of this pandemic. I was hoping not to jump into this topic! But its now the topic which should be addressed by each and everyone!!!
#Curry leaves planting in our 🏠
Planting is not only good for you. It’s going to help every life in the earth and even to your descendants.
Plant at-least a small stem in the soil that can make a huge difference to the world. Its a great example for start small and achieve big.
Fresh 🍅 vegetables
Its 2020 yet in this 21’st century we are eating raw washed vegetables. That must definitely something related to our very old ancestors will talk about evolution later;)
With all that said will now look into the diet that can keep our health good during this pandemic.
Time to balance
If you are a meat enthusiast now it’s the time to balance your diet with more of greens 🥬 and less at meat 🥩
Am not saying completely Ignore the meat. Have an eye on your vegetables consumption too.
Being said that immunity is the only way to fight against the disease. Various experiments conducted on which kind food has more effect on human immune system?
That resulted in vegetarian food has various minerals, vitamins, folic acid. Which are found in abundance in-turn all these helps to boost our immunity.
Cauliflower 65
For all those meat lovers over there, meat is no less. It has vitamin b12 and iron in abundance. Which helps our body to build our muscles and strengthen it. In fact a study conducted showed that the diet that has more of fish and eggs sharpen our intellect and smooth functioning of our brain 🧠
